Chocolate

61% Valrhona dark chocolate 200g
Unsweet cream 50ml
Unsalted butter 35g

1. Melt butter and chocolate in pan
2. Put hot cream to chocolate, mix well
3. Put chocolate into plastic mould and put in refrigerator.
